Our pub is located in the centre of an attractive and historic Buckinghamshire village. Oakey is well located, being just 10 miles to the northeast of Oxford, with Bicester 8 miles to the north and Aylesbury 15 miles to the east.

If you fancy doing some local exploring in the Buckinghamshire countryside, then head up the hill to the picturesque village of Brill to see its famous windmill. Drive 5 minutes down the road to Long Crendon and set eyes on the historic 17th-century courthouse or, head across the border into Oxfordshire and meander through the manicured Waterperry gardens.
